This was my first time visiting Popeyes! I usually shop at SK but recently moved and found this store close by. I needed recommendations for a new pre workout, BCAA & creatine. The staff were extremely friendly and gave me lots to choose from while taking into consideration the types of workouts and caffeine intake of my daily routine. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on & feel comfortable asking questions and not intimidated like in some supplement stores. Plus the sales were unbelievable! :)

Staff members on both my recent visits were knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to bring home fun merchandise as a bonus for spending $300-400 each visit. I have felt very noticeable results of the supplements that have, in my opinion improved the quality of our lives. I plan to go again in the future, and I wish all of you at Popeye's a Merry Christmas. See you in the new year!

Lots of sales! I usually stock up on C4 and when I went in it was regular price. The sales associate mentioned I could wait a couple days cause it might go on sale - so I did. Sure enough a couple days later it was buy one get one free! Staff will always help to make sure you get the best deal and get what your looking for! I used to go to multiple supplement stores looking for the best deals now I just stick with Popeyes. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable! Plus I usually get a free Popeyes shaker cup when I spend over $100! And they have new mortal kombat shaker cups! LOVE them!!!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a very cheerful associate. She knew what I was looking for and made a great suggestion for the other product that was on back order. She gave me a sample to try, it was delicious. Overall, my experience was fabulous, she’s a keeper! I will be back!

Fantastic experience! I initially called as I was not certain how you are functioning during Covid. Shannon answered and was just amazing ! She spent time on the phone helping me find the products, open an account and even made suggestions. When I arrived for pick up everything was ready but I was so impressed with the cleanliness I decided to enter (with my mask of course!) Shannon helped me find some vegan protein (delicious suggestions!!!) And then another young lady checked me out. Friendly, helpful and lovely people. My new go to store for needed products!

My wife and I live in Bowmanville and went to the Oshawa store where we spoke to two amazing ladies who advised they were out of stock of an item we were looking for. They were pleasant and professional and referred us to the Whitby store. The employee in Whitby was polite professional and made the purchase very pleasant. Your staff at these stores is exceptional and the stores are immaculate and super clean. Kudos we will be back!!!

I love visiting the Cambridge store, the guys are super helpful and friendly.  I had to place my most recent order online due to COVID 19 and my tub of protein arrived along with a bunch of freebies as well as a little hand written "Thank you" on my receipt so thought that was really nice.  Definitely recommend this store.

First time I have gotten anything from Popeyes supplements and I did the online ordering for the Belleville location.  They did not have the flavour (which ended up being very good anyways!) They delivered it to my door that day and I was not home so they hid it out of site and texted me with a picture of where they put it.  I was extremely happy with their customer service and their product is amazing as well!

When I ordered online I expected it would be shipped and come in a week or so.  Was so pleasantly surprised that my local shop processed the order and delivered it the next day with a text letting me know.  Could not have asked for better service.

 Great service!  There was a mistake with delivery (my order was received by someone else and I got there's) but Crystal handled the situation beautifully when I called we figured something out immediately.  I also really appreciated the extra goodies thrown in by Jason and a kind phone call explaining how they had gotten a little behind with the orders due to the crazy BOGO sale! I can’t recall her name. But the lady who was helping me was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and was able to do an initial consultation with me.
About a month later I came back as a direct result of her. This is my first experience with supplements and needless to say I was hesitant and unsure due to health concerns of what in fact is inside all these things. The store did not sell the two products I was looking for, but the gentleman was helpful in directing me to a website that could provide the one product and he found a comparable product that do sell for the other. He was helpful and informative

The sales rep working this past Sunday morning (Mar. 14) was incredibly helpful. She made a point of listening to my wife's questions and concerns, and appeared legitimately interested in her restrictions and requirements. She was also very tolerant of our toddler running around like a typical child. Best experience I've had from any supplement store, in any of the places I've lived - 5/5 would recommend.
